摘  要:介绍了焦炉高压氨水负压装煤工艺,针对生产运行过程中存在的氧含量控制困难、电捕焦油器频繁跳车等问题,从装煤冒烟控制效果、负压操作、集气管压力等方面总结了氧含量控制的经验和方法,如石墨与沉积物的检查清理、氨水喷洒喷头的改进、负压操作的优化细化、集气管与炭化室压力的控制等,效果明显。The high-pressure ammonia water negative pressure coal loading process for coke oven was introduced.In response to the problems during production and operation,including difficulties in controlling oxygen content,frequent tripping of electric tar collectors,the experiences and methods of oxygen content control were summarized from the aspects of coal loading smoke control,negative pressure operation and gas collector pressure,such as the inspection and cleaning of graphite and sediment,improvement of ammonia water spray nozzle,optimization and refinement of negative pressure operation,and control of pressure in the gas collector and carbonization chamber.And the effect was obvious.
