摘  要:针对新疆宜化第四代高压法三聚氰胺装置生产三聚氰胺过程中产品色度波动的问题,从分析检测过程、净化系统、系统OAT含量及腐蚀等方面进行了分析,确定系统腐蚀是主要影响三聚氰胺色度的因素,并提出了相关解决措施,以此来降低三聚氰胺色度。In view of the problem of product chromaticity fluctuation in the process of melamine production by the fourth generation high-pressure process in Xinjiang Yihua melamine plant,the analysis was made from such aspects as the detection process,purification system,system OAT content and corrosion,it was determined that the system corrosion was the main factor affecting the melamine chromaticity,and related solutions were proposed to reduce the chromaticity fluctuation of melamine.
