摘 要:为改善煤的气化特性,在常压中试固定床上,研究了H2O/空气气氛下CaCO_(3)催化剂与石嘴山煤共气化的产气特性,并采用SEM和XRD对原煤和残焦进行表征。结果表明:气化温度800℃,当CaCO_(3)负载质量分数为2%时,H2和CO生成量最高,分别占煤气组分体积分数的41.98%和26.66%,煤气热值最大,为9.05 MJ/m3;与原煤相比,添加CaCO_(3)可使煤气化温度降低约50℃;气化后的残焦中出现了CaCO_(3)、微弱的CaS、钙长石,表明CaCO_(3)有一定的固硫作用,由于残焦表面的CaCO_(3)有团聚现象,分散性较差,导致其催化效果较弱。In order to improve the gasification characteristics of coal,the gas characteristics of CaCO_(3) catalyst co-gasification with Shizuishan coal under H2O/air atmosphere were studied on a pilot fixed bed at atmospheric pressure,and the raw coal and residual coke were characterized by SEM and XRD.The results showed that at the gasification temperature of 800℃,when the mass fraction of CaCO_(3) load was 2%,the highest amount of H2 and CO was generated,accounting for 41.98%and 26.66%of the gas composition respectively.The gas had the highest calorific value,which was 9.05 MJ/m3;compared with raw coal,the addition of CaCO_(3) could reduce the coal gasification temperature by about 50℃;CaCO_(3) and a trace amount of CaS and anorthite appeared in the residual coke after gasification,indicating that CaCO_(3) had a certain sulfur fixation effect.As CaCO_(3) on the surface of the residual coke had agglomeration and poor dispersion,its catalytic effect was weak.
