摘 要:以工业萘、浓硫酸、甲醛为原料,制备了平均核体数为9.4的萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物减水剂,采用木质素磺酸钠对其进行接枝改性,运用红外光谱仪、核磁共振分析仪表征确定其结构的正确性,并以内水高的赛蒙特尔煤制备的水煤浆的成浆性对其进行评价,考察了两种减水剂对浆体流变性、稳定性、浓度及黏度的影响。结果表明:与萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物相比,改性萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物可以明显增强浆体的稳定性,在添加质量分数为0.6%时,水煤浆质量分数最高,达61.5%,具有明显的降黏和提浓作用。Using industrial naphthalene,concentrated sulfuric acid and formaldehyde as raw materials,naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate water reducing agent with an average nuclear number of 9.4 was prepared,and lignosulfonate was used for its grafting modification.The correctness of its structure was determined by infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis instrument,and the slurry ability of coal water slurry prepared from Semel coal with high internal water was evaluated.The effects of two kinds of water reducing agents on the rheology,stability,concentration and viscosity of the slurry were investigated.The results showed that compared with naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate,the modified naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate could obviously enhance the slurry stability.When the agent mass fraction was 0.6%,the mass fraction of coal water slurry was the highest,up to 61.5%.It had obvious viscosity-reducing and concentration-enhancing effects.
