摘　　要：《神农本草经》记载干姜功效为“主胸满、咳逆上气,温中,止血,出汗,逐风湿痹,肠澼下利”。干姜主胸满咳逆上气时,可配伍细辛、五味子、半夏、茯苓以温胃散寒、化痰止咳,代表方如小青龙汤、苓甘五味姜辛汤;配伍甘草、半夏、人参、黄芩、黄连以温胃消痞、降逆止呕,代表方如甘草干姜汤、半夏泻心汤;止血多配伍赤石脂、粳米、艾叶,代表方如桃花汤、柏叶汤;主出汗常配伍桂枝、甘草、附子,代表方如柴胡桂枝干姜汤、四逆汤、通脉四逆汤等;逐风湿痹常配伍茯苓、白术、甘草,以干姜苓术汤为代表方;主肠澼下利时,可配伍人参、花椒、乌梅、黄连以温中固脱、涩肠止利,代表方如乌梅丸、干姜黄芩黄连人参汤。此外张仲景运用干姜亦有新的发挥,其兼入心肾经,配伍大辛大热之附子等药物可温通心肾、回阳通脉。The efficacy of Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)is recorded in the Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica that“it’s mainly used to relieve chest fullness,cough with dyspnea and upward counterflow of qi,to warm the middle,to cease bleeding,promote sweating,to expel wind,to treat wind-dampness impediment,dysentery and diarrhea”.For treating chest fullness,cough with dyspnea and upward counterflow of qi,Ganjiang is mainly combined with Xixin(Asari Radix Et Rhizaoma),Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)and Fuling(Poria)to warm stomach and dissipate cold,resolve phlegm and relieve cough,represented by Xiao Qinglong Decoction(小青龙汤)and Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction(苓甘五味姜辛汤).Ganjiang is combined with Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Banxia,Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)and Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)to warm stomach and disperse mass,descend adverse qi and arrest vomiting,represented by Gancao Ganjiang Decoction(甘草干姜汤)and Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤).It is mainly combined with Chishizhi(Halloysitum Rubrum),Jingmi(Oryzae Semen)and Aiye(Artemisia Argyi Folium)to cease bleeding,represented by Taohua Decoction(桃花汤)and Baiye Decoction(柏叶汤).It is often combined with Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus),Gancao and Fuzi(Aconti Lateralis Radix Praeparaia)to treat sweat,represented by Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction(柴胡桂枝干姜汤),Sini Decoction(四逆汤)and Tongmai Sini Decoction(通脉四逆汤),etc..For treating wind-dampness impediment,Ganjiang is often combined with Fuling,Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)and Gancao,represented by Ganjiang Lingzhu Decoction(干姜苓术汤).For treating dysentery and diarrhea,it can be used with Renshen,Huajiao(Zanthoxyli Pericarpium),Wumei(Mume Fructus)and Huanglian to warm the middle and stop collapse,astringe intestines and check diarrhea,represented by Wumei Pills(乌梅丸)and Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Decoction(干姜黄芩黄连人参汤).In addition,ZH
