《伤寒杂病论》细辛配伍与减毒研究

摘　　要：对《伤寒杂病论》中运用细辛的方剂进行方证分析、类方对比。细辛辛温走窜,通达内外,常用于病位深、病程久、病情复杂、病邪深痼难去的阴寒性疾病,与麻黄、桂枝、附子配伍可散寒邪,与生姜、干姜、半夏、五味子配伍可化寒饮。现代研究证实细辛具有一定的呼吸毒性、肝毒性及肾毒性,故对其使用剂量作严格要求,但张仲景使用细辛剂量远大于现代临床剂量,其减毒方法主要有:药材选用华细辛根茎入药;汤剂久煎,丸剂用量极小;与生姜、干姜、芍药、五味子、甘草、蜜等药物配伍使用。The formulas containing Xixin(Asari Radix Et Rhizaoma)in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscel-laneous Diseases were analyzed and compared.Xixin is acrid in flavor and warm in property,has the dissipating action,accessible to both internal and external of the body.It is often used for yin cold diseases with deep disease location,long disease course,complex condition,and obstinate pathogens.It can expel cold pathogens when combined with Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba),Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)and Fuzi(Aconti Lateralis Radix Praeparaia),and can resolve cold fluid retention when combined with Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizome Recens),Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma)and Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).Modern research has confirmed that Xixin has certain respiratory toxicity,hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity,so strict requirements are made on its dosage.However,ZHANG Zhongjing’s dosage of Xixin is far greater than the modern clinical dosage,and its main methods of attenuating toxicity include:The root and stem of Huaxixin(Asarum sieboldii Miq.)are used as medicine;The decoction is decocted for a long time,and the dosage of pills is very small;It is compatible with Shengjiang,Ganjiang,Shaoyao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Wuweizi,Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)and Fengmi(Mel),etc.
