摘  要:髓是人体脑髓、脊髓、骨髓、精髓的总称,由肾的精气化生,有充养脑和骨骼等作用。诸髓之间存在着生理病理上的联系,即“泛髓关系”。脊髓损伤会引起脑的可塑性发生变化,脑的可塑性与脑之神机相对应,脊髓损伤使脊髓和督脉的完整性被破坏致脑髓失养,引起脑之神机变化,对应“泛髓关系”中的“一髓病变,往往可提示他髓有异”,即“脊髓病变”提示“脑髓有异”;脊髓损伤后脑的可塑性变化引起脑结构和功能发生变化,脑结构和功能变化对应脑之神机主宰新的生命活动,新的生命活动表现为脊髓通过脊柱旁的督脉汲取精髓以完成脊髓损伤的部分自发性修复,对应“泛髓关系”中的“一髓亏虚或耗损时,可汲他髓以‘自救’”。Marrow is the general name of human brain marrow,spinal cord,bone marrow and essence.It is originated from the essence and qi of kidney and has the function of nourishing brain and bone.There is a physiological and pathological relationship between the marrows,that is,the“pan medullary relationship”.After spinal cord injury,the plasticity of the brain will change.The plasticity of the brain corresponds to the vital activity of the brain.Spinal cord injury destroys the integrity of the spinal cord and governor vessel,resulting in the malnutrition of the brain marrow and the change of vital activity of the brain.Corresponding to“lesions in one marrow often indicating abnormality in other marrow”in the“pan medullary relationship”,that is,“spinal cord lesion”indicates that there is abnormality in the brain marrow.The plasticity changes of the brain after spinal cord injury cause changes in brain structure and function,which correspond to the vital activity of the brain to dominate new life activities.The new life activities show that the spinal cord absorbs the essence through the governor vessel beside the spine to complete the partial spontaneous repair of spinal cord injury,which corresponds to“when one marrow is deficient or worn out,it can absorb other marrow to‘self-help’”in“pan medullary relationship”.
