摘　　要：弱视是损害儿童视力的常见眼部疾病之一,针刺的应用推动了弱视治疗的进步,近年来针刺治疗因疗效迅速、不良反应少越来越被大众接受,但其具体机制十分复杂。从临床研究和动物实验研究两方面总结了针刺干预弱视的相关文献,从脑功能成像、视觉电生理、神经元超微结构、分子生物学等方面阐述了针刺对弱视的可塑性调节机制,为日后针刺治疗弱视的临床应用奠定基础。参考文献52篇。Amblyopia is one of the common eye diseases that damage children’s vision.The application of acupuncture has promoted the progress of amblyopia treatment.In recent years,acupuncture treatment has been increasingly accepted by the public because of its rapid curative effect and less adverse reactions,but its specific mechanism is very complex.This paper reviewed the related literature on the research of acupuncture intervention in amblyopia from both clinical research and animal experimental research,and expounded the plasticity regulation mechanism of acupuncture on amblyopia from the aspects of brain function imaging,visual electrophysiology,neuron ultrastructure,and molecular biology,etc.,so as to lay the foundation for clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of amblyopia in the future.There are 52 references in total.
