摘　　要：糖尿病腹泻是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,中医多从脾肾论治本病,消渴日久,阴损及阳,脾肾阳虚寒湿内生,水湿下注大肠,开阖失司而泄泻不止。多采用温肾健脾、升清止泻、涩肠固脱的方法治疗本病。着眼于脾肾二脏,对糖尿病腹泻的病因病机、治疗原则以及中医药治疗本病的研究进展进行综述,以期为糖尿病腹泻的临床治疗拓宽思路。参考文献42篇。Diabetic diarrhea is one of the common complications of diabetes mellitus.Traditional Chinese medicine mostly treats the disease from spleen and kidney.Diabetes lasts for a long time,impairment of yin damaging yang,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,internal generation of cold dampness,water dampness pouring down to the large intestine,failing in opening and closing,which eventually lead to diarrhea.In the treatment,the methods of warming kidney and invigorating spleen,ascending lucidity and checking diarrhea,astringing intestines and relieving collapse are often used to treat this disease.This article focuses on the spleen and kidney,reviews the etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic diarrhea,in order to broaden the thinking for the clinical treatment of diabetic diarrhea.Total 42 references were cited.
