摘　　要：从造模方法、实验设计、观察指标及方法、疗效机制方面,总结近10年中医药治疗哮喘发作期的实验研究进展。造模方法方面,在常规卵蛋白(OVA)造模方法基础上,哮喘发作期造模证型可分为寒饮蕴肺证、寒哮证、热哮证、湿热证、脾虚证、肾气虚证、肝郁肺虚证、阴虚证等。实验设计多采用对照实验方法。观察指标及方法包括实验动物临床表现,肺功能检测,肺组织病理学,血清、支气管肺泡灌洗液炎症细胞计数及免疫学检测、蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)及逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测、肠道菌群及其代谢产物测定等。疗效机制多从干预气道炎症、改善气道重塑、降低气道高反应性、免疫调节、神经机制、调控信号通路、改善菌群失调等方面研究。参考文献61篇。From the aspects of modeling method,experimental design,observation index and method,and therapeutic mechanism,this paper summarized the experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma during attack period in recent 10 years.In terms of modeling method,on the basis of conventional ovalbumin(OVA)modeling method,the syndrome types of modeling during asthma attack can be divided into cold fluid retention retained in lung syndrome,cold wheezing syndrome,heat wheezing syndrome,damp heat syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,kidney qi deficiency syndrome,liver depression and lung deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,etc.The experimental design mostly adopts the control experimental method.The observation indexes and methods include the clinical manifestations of experimental animals,lung function detection,lung histopathology,inflammatory cell counts and immunological detection in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,Western blot and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)detection,intestinal flora and its metabolites determination,etc.The mechanism of curative effect is mainly studied from the aspects of intervention of airway inflammation,improvement of airway remodeling,reduction of airway hyperresponsiveness,immune regulation,neural mechanism,regulation of signaling pathways,improvement of dysbacteriosis,etc.There are 61 references in total.
