摘　　要：目的运用斑点追踪超声心动图评估2型糖尿病左心室射血分数(LVEF)保留患者左右心室心肌功能障碍之间的关系。方法本研究回顾性分析了100例2型糖尿病患者,根据左心室整体长轴应变(GLS)分为左室整体纵向应变(LVGLS)正常组和LVGLS减低组;另选30例健康人作为对照组。结果与对照组相比,总糖尿病组除LVEF、EDV外,其余参数差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与LVGLS正常组比较,LVGLS减低组的右室整体纵向应变(RVGLS)值均明显减低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在糖尿病患者中RVGLS与LVGLS之间存在相关性(r=-0.45,P<0.001)。结论2型糖尿病左心室射血分数保留患者左心室与右心室心肌应变降低,二者间存在相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between left and right ventricle myocardial function in type 2 diabetes patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction was evaluated by speckle tracking echocardiography.Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the normal LVGLS group and the reduced LVGLS group according to the global longitudinal strain of the left ventricle(LVGLS).Another 30 healthy controls were selected.Results Compared with the control group,the differences of other parameters except LVEF,EDV in total diabetes group were statistically significant in(P<0.05).Compared with the normal LVGLS group,RVGLS value in reduced LVGLS group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a correlation between RVGLS and LVGLS in diabetes patients(r=-0.45,P<0.001).Conclusions There is a correlation between left and right ventricular myocardial strains decreased in type 2 diabetes patients with preserved left ventricular ejection fraction.
