摘　　要：近年来,关于新时代网络意识形态话语权研究的著述颇丰,学者们主要从意识形态、话语权、新时代网络意识形态话语权三个维度来对其概念进行深入界定。从新时代网络意识形态话语权的主要特征、存在的问题及其原因入手,在较为详尽地分析新时代网络意识形态话语权研究现状的基础上,以国家战略对策和具体实施方法为视角,颇具深度地阐释了新时代网络意识形态话语权的构建路径。新时代网络意识形态话语权的研究成果存在不足,一方面理论创新速度跟不上时代步伐和人们需要,另一方面理论转化为社会实践的效果不太显著。在对新时代网络意识形态话语权进行科学评析的基础上,可以从跨学科研究、借鉴国外现有实证数据、总结话语对象框架、吸取国外经验与教训、充分利用信息技术资源、提升国际话语权、分层次构建等方面来布局未来的研究方向。In recent years,an abundance of studies focus on the discourse power of network ideology in the new era,and scholars primarily define the concept from three aspects:ideology,discourse power and discourse power of network ideology in the new era.After exploring its main characteristics,existing problems and causes of the problems of the discourse power of network ideology in the new era,this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of the studies on it,and elaborate on its construction path from the perspectives of national strategic countermeasures and specific implementation methods.There were still deficiencies in the research results of the discourse power of network ideology in the new era.On the one hand,theoretical innovation cannot keep up with the pace of the times and people’s needs;on the other hand,applying theory into social practice has not produced significant effects.Based on the scientific analysis of the discourse power of network ideology in the new era,this paper points out its research directions in the the future from the aspects of interdisciplinary research,drawing on existing empirical data abroad,summarizing the discourse object framework,learning experience and lessons from other countries,making full use of information technology resources,strengthening China’s voice in international affairs,constructing it in a hierarchical way and so on.
