摘　　要：卫运河防汛工作关系沿线民众的生计与安危。新中国成立前该河的防汛工作杂乱无章,给沿河人民群众带来了无尽伤害。新中国成立后,在以人民为中心的执政理念基础上,党和政府高度重视卫运河的防汛工作:一是重视组织建设和人才培养,二是做好流域内协同防汛工作,三是做好思想动员工作,四是提供必要的经费保障。经过一段时间的实践,卫运河防汛体系逐步建立,防汛工作卓见成效,最大程度保证了流域内人民群众的生命财产安全。The flood control work of the Wei Canal was related to the livelihood and safety of the people along the line.Before the founding of the People's Republic of China,the flood control work of the river was disorderly,bringing endless harm to the people along the river.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,on the basis of the people-centered ruling concept,the Party and the government attached great importance to the flood control work of the Wei Canal.Firstly,the authorities attached great importance to organizational construction and talent training.Secondly,they finalized a coordinated flood control work within the river basin.Thirdly,an ideological mobilization was undertaken successfully.Fourthly,the government provided necessary financial support.After a period of practice,the flood control system of the Wei Canal had been gradually established,and the flood control work achieved remarkable results,ensuring the life and property safety of the people in the basin to the greatest extent.
