摘  要:以八乙烯基POSS(OvPOSS)、六氯环三磷腈(HCCP)、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)为原料,采用原位本体聚合法制备OvPOSSx/HCCP_(10%)/TEP10%/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合材料。利用TG、DSC、TG-FTIR、LOI和垂直燃烧等分析OvPOSS对HCCP_(10%)/PMMA复合体系的热稳定性和阻燃性影响。研究发现,OvPOSS中的硅氧八面体结构和Si元素,能与HCCP中氮磷六元环结构和N、P、Cl元素共同阻碍PMMA分子链运动及其热分解。当OvPOSS含量为1.5%时,PMMA复合材料的T_(5%)=244.1℃、T_(50%)=387.6℃、T_(g)=153℃、残炭率达17.48%。HCCP_(10%)/PMMA复合体系中添加10%的TEP后,能有效地缓解其难脱模的问题。但是,其透明度下降显著,久存吸潮。结果表明,OvPOSS能抑制HCCP中强极性氯取代基的吸潮特性和取代反应活性,明显改善了HCCP_(10%)/PMMA复合体系的热稳定性和阻燃性。The OvPOSS,/HCCP_(10%)/TEPio%/polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)composite were prepared by in situ bulk polymerization using octavinyl-POSS(OvPOSS),hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene(HCCP)and triethyl phosphate(TEP)as raw materials.The effect of OvPOSS on the thermal stability and flame retardancy of HCCPi0%/PMMA composite system was investigated by TG,DSC,TG-FTIR,LOI and vertical combustion,etc.It was found that the octahedron structure and Si element in OvPOSS,could synergistically obstructs PMMA chain movement and thermal decomposition with the six-membered ring structure of nitrogen and phosphorus and the element of N,P and Cl in HCCP.T_(5%)=244.1℃,T_(50%)=387.6℃,T_(g)=153℃,and carbon residue rate of PMMA composite was 17.48%when OvPOSS content was 1.5%.It could effectively alleviate the problem of difficult demoulding when added 10%TEP in HCCPo%/PMMA composite system.However,its transparency decreased obviously,and it could absorb moisture over time.The results showed that the moisture absorption and substitution activity of strongly polar chlorine substituents in HCCP could be inhibited by OvPOSS,OvPOSS could improve thermal stability and flame retardancy of HCCP_(10%)/PMMA composite system obviousl.
