摘　　要：采用高密度聚乙烯/炭黑制备的PPTC自恢复保险丝的初始电导率较低,可通过填充不同含量的碳纤维,提高其电导率。研究表明,随着碳纤维含量的增加,电导率由最初的834.31 S/m增大至2 612.44 S/m,其PTC强度先增后减,由4.89增大至5.28。由扫描电镜图可知,碳纤维改善了炭黑粒子间团聚,使PTC强度增加,当碳纤维填充量为15%时,PTC强度为5.06,碳纤维相互接触,导致PTC强度降低。而耐电压的变化趋势与PTC强度一致,由7 V增大至10 V。维持电流及动作电流与电阻呈正相关,碳纤维含量增加,随其电阻的减小,维持电流和动作电流分别由0.46、0.72 A增大至1.26、1.8 A。综上所述,当填充10%碳纤维时,其综合性能最佳。PPTC self-recovery fuses prepared from HDPE/carbon black with low initial conductivity were filled with carbon fibers of different contents to increase their conductivity.It was showed through the study that as the carbon fiber content increased,the conductivity increased from the initial 834.31 S/m to 2612.44 S/m,and its PTC strength increased first and then decreased from the initial 4.89,the maximum could be increased to 5.28,which could be observed through the scanning electron micrographs that mainly the carbon fiber improved the inter-particle agglomeration of carbon black,so that the PTC strength increased.The resistance voltage was determined by the PTC strength,and its change trend was consistent with the change trend of PTC strength,from the initial 7 V,the maximum could be increased to 10 V.The hold current and trip current were positively correlated with the resistance,and the resistance decreases as the carbon fiber content increases,and the hold current and trip current increase from 0.46 and 0.72 A to 1.26 and 1.8 A respectively.Overall,the overall performance was optimal when filled with 10%carbon fiber.
