摘  要:为解决注塑机的远程监控问题,以合模机构的工作状态为例,对相关数据信息进行远程监控。利用Simcenter Amesim仿真软件设计合模机构仿真模型,以TIA Portal V15软件作为控制器,Lab VIEW软件为监控平台,使用OPC UA通信技术进行数据的连接,结合虚拟专用网络技术和Web发布技术,设计了一套注塑机合模机构远程监控系统。结果表明,工作人员可以远程访问其他内网下的某一设备,对注塑机合模机构油缸的位置和速度等相关信息进行实时监控,降低了出差维护的成本;在监控平台中也可以查看报警信息与历史运行数据,提高设备的管理效率。满足工业远程监控系统的设计和使用要求,在工程应用上具有重要价值。In view of the remote monitoring problem of injection molding machine,the working status of the clamping mechanism was taken as an example,and the relevant data information was remotely monitored.Simcenter Amesim simulation software was used to design the simulation model of the clamping mechanism,TIA Portal V15 software was used as the controller,Lab VIEW software was used as the monitoring platform,OPC UA communication technology was used for data connection,combined with virtual private network technology and Web publishing technology,a set of injection molding machine clamping mechanism remote monitoring system was designed.The results showed that the staff could remotely access a certain equipment under other intranets,monitor the position and speed of the cylinder of the injection molding machine clamping mechanism in real time,which reduced the cost of business maintenance;Alarm information and historical operation data could also be viewed in the monitoring platform to improve the management efficiency of the equipment.It met the design and application requirements of industrial remote monitoring systems,and had important value in engineeringapplications.
