摘 要:以对苯二甲酸(PTA)、己二酸(AA)、1,4-环己烷二甲酸(CHDA)及1,4-丁二醇(BDO)4种单体为原料,采用熔融缩聚法,合成得到一系列聚对苯二甲酸-co-己二酸-co-环己烷二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBCAT)。利用核磁共振仪(NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、凝胶渗透色谱分析(GPC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、万能力学测试仪等方法表征了共聚酯的结构和性能。实验结果表明,PBCAT共聚酯的相对数均分子量随CHDA投料比的增大先升高后降低,当投料比PTA:AA:CHDA为1:1:1.1时PBCAT的数均相对分子量为33 450,断裂伸长率为1 314.66%,与PBAT相比,提升了1.7倍。PBCAT共聚酯的熔点和结晶温度随着CHDA投料比的增大先升高后降低,熔点先由103.9℃升高至119.5℃,后下降至108.6℃。结晶温度先由64.8℃升高至91.7℃,后下降至74.82℃。A series of poly(terephthalic acid-co-adipic acid-co-cyclohexanedicrboxylic acid)butylene esters(PBCAT)were synthesized from four monomers of terephthalic acid(PTA),adipic acid(AA),1,4-Cyclohexanedicrboxylic Acid(CHDA)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)by melt polycondensation.The structure and properties of copolyester were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),fourier transform infrared spectrometer and universal mechanics tester.The experimental results showed that the relative number average molecular weight of PBCAT copolyester increased first and then decreased with the increase of CHDA feed ratio.When the feed ratio PTA:AA:CHDA was 1:1:1.1,the relative number average molecular weight of PBCAT was 33450,and the elongation at break was 1314.66%,which was 1.7 times higher than PBAT.The melting point and crystallization temperature of PBCAT copolyester first increased and then decreased with the increase of CHDA feed ratio.The melting point increased from 103.9℃to 119.5℃,and then decreased to 108.6℃.The crystallization temperature increased from 64.8℃to 91.7℃,and then decreased to 74.82℃.
