基于心流理论的自贡市盐业历史博物馆体验设计研究

摘　　要：为弥补盐业历史博物馆在发展传播过程中所表现出的不足,文章采用积极心理学中的心流理论及体验设计的研究方法,运用统计学相关数据分析工具,整理定量研究数据,探究与博物馆中井盐文化特质及技艺特点相适配的心流体验设计策略及体验模式。得出盐业历史博物馆基于心流要素映射痛点及相关性效度验证,最终提出基于心流理论的盐业历史博物馆体验设计策略。针对盐业历史博物馆心流体验的事前、经验、效果三个阶段,所对应的三部分积极体验策略分别为:物--馆内明确的体验动线及交互反馈;人--体验技能的平衡与适应;场--井盐文化场景关联,并构建相关概念模型,提升博物馆用户体验,同时也为同类型传统文化类博物馆提供理念借鉴。To make up for the shortcomings of the salt history museum in the process of development and communication.Involve in the research methods of flow theory and design experience design in positive psychology,use statistics related data analysis tools,sort out quantitative research data,and explore the flow experience design strategies and experience models that adapt to the cultural characteristics and technical characteristics of well salt in the museum.lt is concluded that the salt history museum based on the heart flow elements mapping pain points and correlation validity verification,and finally produces the experience design strategy of the salt history museum based on the heart flow theory.Three positive experience strategies corresponding to the three stages of the heart flow experience of the Salt History Museum:beforehand,experience,and effect stages are as follows:clear experience moving line and interactive feedback in the museum;Balance and adaptation of human experience skills;The site well salt culture scene is related,and the related conceptual model is built to improve the museum user experience and provide the same type of traditional culture museums with ideas for reference.
