摘 要:建立了基于β-环糊精修饰的CdTe量子点(β-CD-CdTe)探针的菊酯类农药代谢产物的荧光检测方法。通过β-CD-CdTe的杯烃结构和菊酯类农药代谢产物间苯氧基苯甲醛(3-PBALD)苯环之间的“主-客体”相互作用形成包络物,实现了对3-PBALD的定量测定。在优化条件下,该荧光探针响应值与间苯氧基苯甲醛浓度在0.05~0.5μg/mL之间呈线性关系,线性方程为?IF=681.2c+192.5,检出限为0.03μg/mL。将其应用于水样中间苯氧基苯甲醛加标回收实验,回收率在84.7%~91.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)低于4.3%。A fluorescent method was developed for the detection of metabolite of pyrethroid pesticides based onβ-cyclodextrin-modified CdTe quantum dots(β-CD-CdTe)probe.Through the host-guest interaction between target andβ-cyclodextrin,the quantitative detection of 3-phenoxybenzaldehyde(3-PBALD)can be achieved.Under the optimum conditions,the change of fluorescence intensity had a good linear relationship with the concentration of 3-PBALD between 0.05 and 0.5μg/mL,the linear equation wasΔIF=681.2c+192.5 and the detection limit was 0.03μg/mL.Theβ-CD-CdTe was successfully applied to the detection of 3-PBALD in the spiked water samples with the recoveries of 84.7%-91.6%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of lower than 4.3%.
