箍筋约束含钨尾矿地聚物再生混凝土本构研究

摘  要:通过28个箍筋约束含钨尾矿地聚物再生混凝土试件的轴心受压试验,研究尾矿取代率、再生粗骨料取代率和箍筋间距对受压应力-应变曲线的影响,并进行本构关系理论模型分析。结果表明:箍筋约束能明显提高含钨尾矿地聚物再生混凝土的强度和延性,箍筋间距的缩减能明显提高约束效果,当含20%~30%尾矿和含30%~50%再生粗骨料时试件性能较好,尾矿取代率对约束混凝土的影响要小于再生粗骨料取代率,峰值应力、应变理论值与试验值拟合较好,应力-应变本构关系模型曲线与试验曲线相接近。Based on the axial compression tests of 28 stirrup confined recycled geopolymer concrete specimens with tungsten tailings,the effects of tailings replacement rate,recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate and stirrup spacing on the compressive stress-strain curve were studied,and the theoretical model of constitutive relation was analyzed.The results show that stirrup confinement can significantly improve the strength and ductility of recycled geopolymer concrete specimens with tungsten tailings,and the reduction of stirrup spacing enhances the confinement effect.The performance of the specimens with 20%~30%tailings and 30%~50%recycled coarse aggregate are better,and the influence of tailings replacement rate on confined concrete is less than that of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate.The theoretical values of peak stress and strain are well fitted with the experimental values,and the stress-strain constitutive relation model curves are close to the test curves.
