摘  要:为了研究碳纳米管不同掺量下水泥基复合材料的阻尼性能和力学性能,采用了动态力学分析仪研究其在不同应变下的阻尼,采用抗压抗折试验测试力学性能变化,并结合扫描电镜及压汞试验,探究力学性能变化原因和阻尼增强的微观机理。研究表明:28 d龄期时,掺量为0.1%的碳纳米管水泥基复合材料的抗折强度相比对照组提高43%,抗压强度下降15%,损耗因子提高55.9%,损耗模量提高8.5%。碳纳米管在水泥基体中可以桥联水化产物,延缓裂缝的发展。表面活性剂TNWDIS的抑制水化和引气作用将导致碳纳米管水泥基复合材料抗压强度的降低。碳纳米管能在水泥基体中建立一种可触发的界面摩擦耗能机制,触发的应变阈值约为0.03‰~0.04‰。The damding and mechanical properties of CNT-reinforced cementitious composites with different contents of CNTs were studied.Dynamic mechanical analysis was used to study the damping performances of CNT-reinforced cementitious composites under different strains.The changes of mechanical properties were tested by compressive and flexural strength tests.The reasons of the mechanical properties changes and the mechanism of damping enhancement were analyzed by the scanning electron microscope and mercury intrusion porosimetry.The results show that the flexural strength,the loss factor and loss modulus of the CNT-reinforced cementitious composites were improved by 43%,55.9%and 8.5%,respectively,with the addition of 0.1%CNTs.However,the compressive strength of the CNT-reinforced cementitious composites was decreased by 15%with 0.1%dosage of CNTs,at the age of 28 days.Carbon nanotubes could bridge hydration products in cement matrix and limit the development of cracks.The compressive strength of cementitious composites was decreased by the air entrainment and hydration inhibition of TNWDIS surfactant.CNTs could establish a triggering damping mechanism in cementitious composites,and the triggering threshold strain is about 0.03‰~0.04‰.
