摘 要:采用柬埔寨境内水泥、不同粒径的石灰石粉及化学外加剂,配制出了性能满足标准JTG/T 3650—2020《公路桥涵施工技术规范》要求的公路用预应力孔道压浆料。研究了石灰石粉粒径与掺量对压浆料的流动度、泌水率、压力泌水率、自由膨胀率、抗压及抗折强度、抗氯离子渗透性能及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,石灰石粉的掺入可显著降低压浆料的流动度,提高抗压强度,但会导致压浆料压力泌水率的增加,石灰石粉对压浆料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和抗氯离子渗透性能也有一定的改善作用。总体而言,石灰石粉平均粒径为18μm,掺量为15%时,压浆料的各项性能相对最优。Cement,limestone powder with different particle sizes and chemical admixtures in Cambodia are used to prepare highway pre-stressed duct grouting material with performance meeting the requirements of JTG/T 3650—2020“Technical code for construction of highway bridges and culverts”.The effects of particle size and content of limestone powder on fluidity,bleeding rate,pressure bleeding rate,expansion rate,compressive and flexural strength,chloride ion permeability and sulfate corrosion resistance of pressure slurry were studied.The results show that the addition of limestone powder can significantly reduce the fluidity of the slurry and improve the compressive strength,but it will increase the pressure bleeding rate of the slurry.Limestone powder can also improve the sulfate corrosion resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of the slurry.In general,the properties of the slurry are relatively optimal when the average particle size of limestone powder is 18μm and the limestone powder content is 15%.
