摘 要:钢管桁架倒T形混凝土叠合板(GDTDB)是结合钢管桁架叠合板和倒T形底板混凝土叠合板的特点提出的一种新型钢筋混凝土叠合板,研究叠合板的预制底板在施工阶段的受力性能尤为重要。为研究预制板的短期刚度,设计并用ABAQUS建立4个GDTDB模型,模拟计算给出相应的荷载-跨中挠度曲线。按等效截面刚度法进行GDTDB预制板在施工阶段的短期刚度计算式的理论计算,其中钢管桁架中的灌浆钢管刚度按整体法考虑,并给出GDTDB预制板相应的理论荷载-跨中挠度曲线。研究表明:按等效截面刚度法计算的跨中挠度与模拟结果在预制板的刚度没有发生明显退化时,数值上较为吻合,该计算方法可应用于该类楼板的设计和验收阶段。The steel tube truss inverted T-shaped concrete composite slab(GDTDB)is a new type of reinforced concrete composite slab,which combines the characteristics of steel tube truss composite slab and inverted T-shaped concrete composite slab.It is particularly important to study the mechanical performance of prefabricated composite slab in the construction stage.In order to study the short-term stiffness of prefabricated panels,four GDTDB models were designed and established by ABAQUS,and the corresponding load-deflection curves were obtained by simulation calculation.According to the equivalent section stiffness method,the short-term stiffness calculation formula of GDTDB prefabricated plate in the construction stage is theoretically calculated.The grout steel pipe stiffness in steel pipe truss is considered as a whole method,and the corresponding theoretical load-mid-span deflection curve of GDTDB prefabricated plate is given.The results show that the mid-span deflection calculated by equivalent section stiffness method are good match with the simulation results when there is no obvious degradation of the prefabricated plate stiffness.The calculation method can be applied to the design and acceptance of this kind of floor slab.
