摘 要:按照最大极限心率的百分比确定中等和初等两种不同强度的间歇性自由泳训练方式,研究了在相同基础条件下高校男生进行不同强度的间歇性自由泳训练后身体素质的差异.结果表明:中等强度的间歇性自由泳训练即心率为160次/min时,受试者除了骨骼肌含量变化不明显外,体重会明显降低,耐力素质会提升,体脂百分比会明显向正常范围靠拢.说明该种强度的自由泳运动能够有效地提升人体机能和身体素质.According to the percentage of maximum heart rate,the medium and primary intensity intermittent swimming training methods were determined.The difference of physical fitness after different intensity intermittent swimming training for male students with the same basic conditions was studied.The results show that when the heart rate of medium-intensity intermittent swimming training is 160 times/min,in addition to the skeletal muscle content changes are not obvious,the body weight will be significantly reduced,the endurance quality will be improved,and the body fat percentage will be significantly closer to the normal range.It shows that this kind of swimming exercise can effectively improve the human body function and physical quality.
