摘　　要：我国最为成熟的整合型医疗卫生服务形式是紧密型县域医共体,其核心包括责任共同体、管理共同体、服务共同体和利益共同体四个维度。面向未来的整合型医疗卫生服务体系的关键点是:信息整合及健康代理,支付方式及绩效结算,责任共同体及完善治理。The most effective form of integrated health care services is the compact county-level medical community in China.The core of integrated health care service system includes four dimensions:responsibility community,management community,service community,and interest community.The key points of integrated health care service system for the future are information integration and health agency,payment methods and performance settlement,responsibility community and perfect governance.
