健康浙江发展指数评价体系构建及实证研究

摘　　要：通过文献研究、专家座谈及德尔菲法,构建健康浙江发展指数评价体系,具体以“健康水平”“健康生活”“健康服务”“健康保障”“健康环境”“健康产业”“健康治理”为主要维度,包含62项二级指标。运用统计平均法、层次分析法确定指标权重,对浙江省及11个地级市的健康浙江建设情况进行评价。结果显示,健康浙江发展指数评价结果可为政府决策提供有效参考。Through literature research,expert symposium and Delphi method,the evaluation system of healthy Zhejiang development index was constructed.The evaluation system of healthy Zhejiang development index consisted of 62 secondary indicators,including seven dimensions of health level,healthy life,health services,health security,health environment,health industry and health governance.Statistical averaging and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of the indicators.Healthy Zhejiang construction in Zhejiang province and 11 municipal cities were evaluated.The results showed that the evaluation results of healthy Zhejiang development index can provide effective reference for government decision-making.
