摘　　要：伴随智慧医疗的逐步发展,医疗元宇宙将虚实链接,融合人体感官与物理场景,实现足不出户即可远程就医、触手可及开展医患仿真交互、轻松实施智慧急救与智慧护理,打造一个全沉浸式、超高自由度的具身化寻医就诊空间,极大地提升就医的自由度与舒适度、执医的速度与效度,成为智慧医疗发展的终极理想场景。当然,智慧医疗背景下医疗元宇宙发展机遇与风险并存,需要在充分发挥优势的同时,加以合理、有序的规范与引导。With the gradual development of intelligence medical care,the medical metaverse will link the virtual and the real,integrate human senses and physical scenes,achieve remote medical treatment without leaving home,conveniently carry out doctor-patient simulation interaction,and easily implement intelligent first aid and intelligent nursing,create a fully immersive,ultra high degree of freedom personalized new space for seeking medical treatment,greatly improve the freedom and comfort of medical treatment,speed and effectiveness of medical care,which will become the ultimate ideal scene for the development of intelligence medical care.However,under the background of intelligence medical care,the development opportunities and risks of the medical Metaverse coexist,which requires reasonable and orderly regulation and guidance while giving full play to the advantages.
