摘 要:近年来,大型公立医院就医人数持续高速增长,后勤服务保障面临质量提升、安全保障和成本管控等多重压力。对此,安徽省立医院开展以“六化”(专业化、标准化、智能化、精益化、安全化、人性化)为核心的后勤服务管理改革,显著提升了后勤服务水平,在有效保障医院高容量、高负荷运营的前提下,实现了后勤服务质量、效率与运营成本的均衡发展,助推医院高质量发展。In recent years,with the continuous and rapid growth of the number of medical treatment in large public hospitals,logistics service support is facing multiple pressures,such as quality improvement,security and cost control.In response,Anhui provincial hospital carried out the reform of logistics service management with"Six-ization"(namely specialization,standardization,intelligence,lean,safety and humanization)as the core.The reform has significantly improved the level of logistics services.Under the premise of ensuring the highcapacity and high load operation of the hospital,the balanced development of logistics service quality,efficiency and operation cost has been realized.The reform promotes high-quality development of the hospital.
