三全育人视角下贫困大学生就业帮扶工作探究

摘　　要：在日趋严峻的就业环境下,作为弱势群体的贫困大学生面临着更大的就业困境。基于三全育人理念,探究了由国家政府、高校、家庭、企业有机结合的协同就业帮扶体系。该帮扶工作体系的形成能够充分发挥各帮扶主体的主观能动性,形成全员全过程全方位帮扶机制,帮助贫困大学生实现高质量就业。With the increasingly severe employment environment,poor college students,as a vulnerable group,are facing greater employment difficulties.Based on the concept of"three-wide education",the collaborative employment assistance system which is organically combined by the national government,universities,families and enterprises in the present work is explored.The formation of this assistance work system can give full play to the subjective initiative of all assistance subjects,form a comprehensive assistance mechanism for the whole process,and help poor college students achieve highquality employment.
