依托高职教育生态圈的高校勤工助学育人路径研究

摘  要:勤工助学作为极具育人成效的实践活动及资助形式,在人才培养方面发挥着独特作用。高校在依托高职教育生态圈,建设勤工助学岗位的过程当中,要本着引导学生自我服务、自我管理、自我教育的思路,构建岗位锻炼与智育发展一体的培养体系,实现教育与资助的融合,培养与服务的统一。要走现代化、基地化、多样化、社会化的助学发展之路,在为贫困学生带来经济效益的过程之中,提升该类学生的自信心。并通过勤工助学为高校普通学生,提升个人能力及综合素质搭建平台,使得高校收获良好的育人效果。Work-study,as a highly effective practical activity and funding form,plays a unique role in talent cultivation.In the process of building work-study positions based on the higher vocational education ecosystem,colleges and universities should build a training system that integrates post training and intellectual education development with the idea of guiding students to serve themselves,manage themselves,and educate themselves,so as to achieve the integration of education and funding,and the unification of training and service.It is necessary to take the path of modern,base based,diversified,and socialized student assistance development,enhance the self-confidence of poor students in the process of bringing economic benefits,and build a platform for ordinary college students to improve their personal abilities and comprehensive qualities through hard work and study.
