摘　　要：新时代加强高校思想政治教育队伍建设,为开展大学生思想政治教育提供了重要的组织保证,是构建思想政治教育大格局的必要手段和实现高等教育现代化的必由之路。根据调查研究显示,思想政治教育队伍存在素质能力、合理流动、整体结构、地位待遇等方面有待优化的问题。基于此,系统提出大学生思想政治教育队伍建设的优化策略,强化大学生思想政治教育队伍的组织保障,能够有效成为构建大学生思想政治教育长效机制的关键一环。Strengthening the construction of ideological and political education teams in colleges and universities in the new era provides an important organizational guarantee for the development of ideological and political education for college students.According to the investigation and research,the ideological and political education team has problems that need to be optimized in terms of quality and ability,reasonable mobility,overall structure,status and treatment.Based on this,the system puts forward the optimization strategy for the construction of the ideological and political education team of college students,and strengthens the organizational guarantee of the ideological and political education team of college students,which can effectively become a key part of building a long-term mechanism for the ideological and political education of college students.
