摘　　要：目的测试以4000 mg/L季铵盐消毒剂为主要成分和以3500 mg/L季铵盐复配1000 mg/L胍类消毒剂为主要成分的2种消毒湿巾在低温环境下的消毒效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和现场试验方法,对2种消毒湿巾在低温下的消毒性能进行测试,同时与75%乙醇湿巾的消毒性能进行对比。结果在载体定量杀菌试验中,2种消毒湿巾挤出液-20℃条件下对布片和玻片上大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用5 min的杀灭对数值均>3.00;在现场试验中,2种消毒湿巾擦拭对光滑玻璃表面上自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00;而以75%乙醇湿巾消毒进行现场试验难以达到消毒合格的要求。结论季铵盐及胍类消毒剂在醇类防冻剂配合下形成的消毒湿巾对于光滑物体表面具有一定的低温消毒能力。Objective To test the disinfection efficacy of two kinds of disinfectant wipes with components of 4000 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt alone or 3500 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt compounded with 1000 mg/L guanidine at low temperature.Methods The experiments of carrier quantitative germicidal test and field test were used to evaluate the disinfection effect of the two carrier disinfectants at low temperature,and 75%alcohol carrier disinfectants served as control.Results In carrier quantitative germicidal test,the killing logarithm values of both disinfectant wipes against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for 5 min were>3.00 at-20℃.In field test,the killing logarithm values of both disinfectant wipes against natural bacteria on the smooth glass were all>1.00.However,75%alcohol wipes showed a weak disinfection efficacy in field test.Conclusion The carrier disinfectant formed by the disinfectants of quaternary ammonium salt and guanidine in combination with alcohol as antifreeze has a certain disinfection effect on smooth surface at low-temperature.
