摘 要:目的观察某固体碱消毒剂空气净化器对大型空间动态下消毒的效果。方法采用现场消毒试验方法,选取北京冬奥会某比赛场馆45000 m^(3)空间,在该空气净化器使用前及使用后1、3、30、90、180 d,检测空气中菌落总数及二氧化氯浓度,判断该空气净化器的动态消毒效果。结果该空气净化器循环风量约20000 m^(3)/h,运行前空气中存活菌数>280 cfu/m^(3),运行之后的当日和定期监测数据显示,空气中细菌总数可保持在<150 cfu/m^(3),空气中二氧化氯浓度为0.01 mg/m^(3)。结论本研究固体碱消毒剂空气净化器对大型公共空间动态条件下具有一定消毒效果。Objective To observe dynamic disinfection effect of a“filtering+AOP-KF solid alkali disinfectant”air purifier on super-large public space.Methods With field disinfection test method,the total number of bacteria in the air and the concentration of chlorine dioxide were detected in the 45000 m^(3) space of a competition venue of the Beijing Winter Olympic.Before and 1,3,30,90 and 180 d after the equipment used,the dynamic disinfection effect of the air purifier was judged.Results The circulating air volume of the air purifier was 20000 m^(3)/h.The total number of bacterial colonies in dynamic environment was>280 cfu/m^(3) before operating.After operation for 1 d,the daily and regular monitoring data showed that the total number of bacterial colonies in dynamic environment was<150 cfu/m^(3),and the concentration of chlorine dioxide in the air was 0.01 mg/m^(3).Conclusion“filtering+AOP-KF solid alkali disinfectant”technology has a certain disinfection effect in large public space on dynamic conditions.
