摘 要:为了保证正明煤矿3217运输巷溜煤眼安全快速施工,决定采用反井钻法与松动爆破联合施工工艺,对溜煤眼采取“支模浇筑、锚杆(索)”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:反井法施工工艺提高了溜煤眼施工煤矸运输效率,加快了溜煤眼施工速度,联合支护技术有效控制了溜煤眼筒壁煤岩体,取得显著应用成效。In order to ensure the safe and rapid construction of the coal chute in the 3217 transportation roadway of Zhengming Coal Mine,it is decided to adopt a combined construction technology of reverse well drilling method and loose blasting,and adopt a combined support technology of"formwork pouring and anchor rod(cable)"for the coal chute.The practical application effect shows that the reverse well method construction technology improved the efficiency of coal gangue transportation during the construction of the coal chute,accelerated the construction speed of the coal chute,and effectively controlled the coal and rock mass on the cylinder wall of the coal chute with the combined support technology,achieving significant application results.
