大断面岩巷综掘快速掘进工艺优化及应用

摘　　要：为实现大断面岩巷快速掘进,分析目前阶段巷道单进水平低的影响因素,采取优化EBZ318型综掘机掘进工艺,变更巷帮钻场施工规格与设计,调节顶帮锚网索支护方式及参数,优化超前探和区域措施孔的设计布置等综合措施。方案优化后,巷道单月进尺由150 m提升到240 m,综合成本可节约282.6万元,施工周期缩短两个月。In order to achieve rapid excavation of the large cross section rock roadway,the influencing factors of low single entry level in the current stage of roadways are analyzed.Comprehensive measures such as optimizing the excavation process of the EBZ318 type comprehensive excavation machine,changing the construction specifications and design of the roadway side drilling site,adjusting the top side anchor mesh cable support method and parameters,optimizing the design and layout of advance exploration and regional measure holes are taken.After the optimization of the scheme,the monthly footage of the roadway is increased from 150 m to 240 m,resulting in a comprehensive cost savings of 2.826 million yuan and a shortened construction period of two months.
