大体积高冒区假顶封闭与无机充填技术研究

摘  要:针对大体积高冒区存在的瓦斯积聚和顶板冒落隐患,采用钢丝绳悬吊工字钢方式构建人工假顶对高冒区底部进行封闭,选择无机发泡材料作为充填材料,6min失去流动性,1~2h固化,膨胀倍数5倍,密度0.4 g/cm^(3),3 d强度约2 MPa。效果考察表明,充填体与顶板紧密贴合,高冒区完全充满,充填体成型强度达到设计要求,5个月观测期内顶板下沉量为零。Aiming at the hidden dangers of gas accumulation and roof caving in large volume and top coal caving regions,an artificial false roof is constructed by hanging I-beams with steel wire ropes to seal the bottom of the top coal caving region.Inorganic foam material is selected as the filling material,losing fluidity in 6 minutes,curing in 1-2 hours,expansion factor 5 times,density 0.4 g/cm^(3),and strength of about 2 MPa after 3 days.The effectiveness inspection shows that the filling body is tightly attached to the roof,the top coal caving region is completely filled,and the forming strength of the filling body meets the design requirements.The roof subsidence amount during the 5-month observation period is zero.
