摘 要:针对霄云煤矿西翼轨道下山联络巷掘进存在的大变形问题,采用数值模拟方法对软弱围岩条件下巷道的应力分布特征进行分析,得出巷道围岩的破坏机理,确定了支护及修复加固的关键位置。结合软岩类巷道的围岩控制方法,对巷道进行支护方案优化设计,在原方案的基础上提出帮部、底角锚索补强方案并进一步确定了合理的支护参数。结果表明,优化方案有利于西翼轨道下山联络巷的围岩变形控制,进而为西翼开拓工程支护设计提供参考。In view of the problem of large deformation in the excavation of the downhill crossheading of the western wing track of Xiaoyun Coal Mine,numerical simulation method is used to analyze the stress distribution characteristics of the roadway under weak surrounding rock conditions.The failure mechanism of the roadway surrounding rock is obtained,and the key positions for support and repair reinforcement are determined.Combined with the surrounding rock control method of soft rock roadways,the support scheme for the roadway is optimized and designed.On the basis of the original scheme,a reinforcement scheme for the side and bottom corner anchor cables is proposed,and reasonable support parameters are further determined.The results indicate that the optimized scheme is beneficial for controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock of the downhill crossheading of the western wing track,and thus provides a reference for the support design of the western wing development project.
