摘  要:近些年,越来越多群体或个人参与到公益事业中来,但我国公益事业的发展仍面临着一些问题和挑战,如求助响应慢、安全属性弱、智能程度低等。为解决这些问题,本文基于国密算法,结合区块链去中心化结构,根据区块链分布式系统具有的透明、公开、不可篡改的特性,采用公链与联盟链结合的双链结构,利用DPOS和PBFT结合的混合共识机制,构建出安全性和智能化程度高于现有捐赠平台的智能公益基金管理系统,并运用Hyperledger Caliper对系统原型性能进行测试,经过分析验证,本文的国密算法区块链对比常见的非国密算法区块链在发送速率和发送延迟上表现更优异,在公益领域有着广阔的应用前景。In recent years,more and more groups or individuals participate in public welfare,However,development of public welfare undertaking in China still faces some problems and challenges,such as slow help-seeking response,weak security attribute,low intelligence,etc.To address the problems,in this paper an intelligent public welfare fund management system with higher security and intelligence than existing donation platforms is constructed.According to the transparent,open,and tamper-proof characteristics of the blockchain distributed system,based on the state crypto algorithm combined with the blockchain decentralized structure,a dual chain structure containing the public and the consortium blockchain is adopted and a hybrid consensus mechanism containing the DPOS and the PBFT is utilized in the constructed system.Hyperledger Caliper is used for testing the prototype system,and the state and the non-state crypto algorithm blockchain are analyzed and compared.Results indicate that the state crypto algorithm blockchain presented in this paper is superior in sending speed and sending delay,and has a broad application prospect in the field of public welfare.
