我国现行宪法序言第七自然段内容修改的特点、历史经验

摘　　要：宪法序言第七自然段明确指出了我国革命和社会主义事业取得胜利的根本原因,明确提出国家现阶段的根本任务和发展方向,具有很强的指导属性。修改宪法序言第七自然段,对巩固党的执政地位,坚持党的领导和社会主义前进方向、动员全国各族人民为完成现阶段国家根本任务而奋斗、坚决维护宪法权威,保障宪法连续性和稳定性具有重要意义。The seventh paragraph of the preamble of the Constitution clearly points out the fundamental reasons for the victory of China's revolution and socialist cause,and clearly puts forward the fundamen-tal task and development direction of the country at the present stage,which has a strong guiding attrib-ute.The amendment to the seventh paragraph of the Preambular paragraph of the Constitution is of great significance to consolidating the Party's position in power,upholding its leadership and the orientation of socialist progress,mobilizing the Chinese people of all ethnic groups to strive to accomplish the fundamental tasks of the country at the present stage,resolutely safeguarding the authority of the Constitution,and ensuring its continuity and stability.
