新工科背景下毕业设计管理模式的思考与探索

摘　　要：毕业设计是高校工科类专业重要的实践教学环节,旨在培养学生对于专业知识的综合应用能力、实践动手能力和科研创新能力。文章通过探讨毕业设计在人才培养过程中发挥的重要作用,针对目前高校毕业设计工作存在的诸多问题,以新工科背景下的专业建设为契机,在实践中运用严管与教育相结合、责任与激励相结合、过程化与流程化相结合、层次化与标准化相结合的管理模式,对提升毕业设计质量进行了有益的探索,对其他高校毕业设计管理工作具有借鉴意义。The graduation project is a very important practice of engineering major in colleges and uni-versities,which aims to improve students'comprehensive application ability,practical ability and sci-entific research innovation ability of professional knowledge.The paper discusses the important role of graduation project in the process of talent cultivation and makes an in-depth analysis of problems exist-ing in graduation project.Taking the specialty construction under the background of new engineering as an opportunity,the management mode of combining strict management and education,responsibility and incentive,process and procedure,hierarchy and standardization is used in practice,which make a beneficial exploration in the improvement of graduation project quality,and also can be used as a refer-ence for the management of graduation project in other colleges and universities.
