摘 要:目的 探讨在消毒供应中心应用危害分析与关键控制点理论对器械清洗质量及缺陷控制的影响,分析该管理方式对消毒供应中心工作人员工作幸福感、满意度的影响。方法 抽取2020年1—12月本院消毒供应中心108件器械进行常规清洗、消毒(对照组),另抽取同期108件器械,在上述常规处理基础上结合危害分析与关键控制点理论进行质量改进(观察组)。比较两组器械清洗质量、质量缺陷控制情况,评估两组工作人员主观幸福感评分、工作满意度情况。结果 观察组包装质量、洗涤质量评分均高于对照组,且其清洗、灭菌、包装、回收合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组常见质量缺陷事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员主观幸福感各维度评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员对于工作满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 危害分析与关键点控制理论可有效提高消毒供应中心器械清洗质量,改善缺陷控制率及工作人员幸福感、满意度,是一种切实、可行的消毒供应中心管理模式。Objective This paper discusses the influence of applying hazard analysis and critical control point theory on the quality of instrument cleaning and defect control in the disinfection and supply center,and analyzes the influence of this management mode on the work happiness and satisfaction of the staff in the disinfection and supply center.Methods A total of 108 instruments those were selected from the disinfection and supply center of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were sampled for routine cleaning and disinfection(control group);and another 108 instruments,selected during the same period,weresampled for quality improvement combined with hazard analysis and critical control point theory based on the routine treatments of control group(observation group).The cleaning quality and quality defect control of the two groups were compared.The subjective well-being score and job satisfaction of the staff in the two groups were evaluated.Results The scores of packaging quality and washing quality in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the qualified rates of cleaning,sterilization,packaging and recycling were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence rate of common quality defect events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of subjective well-being of staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Staff in the observation group had higher job satisfaction than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Hazard analysis and critical control point theory can effectively enhance the cleaning quality of equipment in disinfection supply centers,improve defect control rates,and boost staff happiness and satisfaction.This practical and feasible management mode is essential for effective disinfection su
