档案馆数字化转型战略研究与启示——以芬兰国家档案馆《2025战略》为例

摘　　要：本文依托芬兰国家档案馆《2025战略》,从数字化业务、数字化技术、数字化能力三个方面分析了芬兰国家档案馆发展战略中数字化方面的特色,包括围绕用户体验构筑档案服务体系、通过学习培训方式克服知识障碍、以合作为重要路径走出技术困境、立足本馆核心地位开拓多方渠道,并总结了对我国档案工作数字化转型战略制定的启示。Based on the National Archives of Finland Strategy 2025,this paper analyzes the characteristics of digitalization in the development strategy of the National Archives of Finland from 3 aspects:digital business,digital technology,and digital capabilities,including building an archives service system around user experience,overcoming knowledge barriers through learning and training,and developing multiple channels based on the main position of the archives.Finally,this paper summarizes the enlightenment for the formulation of the digital transformation strategy of archives work in China.
