摘　　要：红色档案是传承红色基因和赓续红色血脉的重要载体,知识服务是红色档案资源开发利用的重要目标,而本体是实现该目标的最佳方案之一。论文首先阐释红色档案知识服务的内涵和现实需求,然后从服务模型、本体构建、架构体系三方面论述基于本体的红色档案知识服务理论框架,最后以“抗美援朝战争”红色档案为例探索知识管理、检索服务、知识图谱等应用场景实现,其中知识管理包括本体设计、知识采集、知识组织;检索服务包括知识检索、扩展检索、用户画像、评价反馈;知识图谱包括知识导航、资源链接、知识问答、知识推荐。Knowledge service is an important goal for the utilization of red archives,and ontology is one of the best schemes to achieve this goal.The paper first analyzes the connotation and demand for red archive knowledge service,then discusses the basic framework of ontology-based knowledge service from three aspects:service model,ontology construction and architecture system.Finally,taking the red archives of the war to resist US aggression and aid Korea as an example,the paper explores the application in knowledge management,retrieval service and knowledge graph,among which knowledge management includes ontology design,knowledge collection and knowledge organization;retrieval service includes knowledge retrieval,extended retrieval,user portrait and evaluation feedback;knowledge graph includes knowledge navigation,resource linking,knowledgeQ&A,and knowledge recommendation.
