血糖全自动生化仪和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的临床价值比较

摘　　要：目的分析在糖尿病患者临床诊断期间血糖全自动生化仪、尿糖检验两种方式的应用效果。方法选取福建省福鼎市医院前岐分院2020年10月—2022年3月收治的疑似糖尿病患者110例为研究对象,对患者分别进行血糖全自动生化仪检验、尿糖检验,以口服葡萄糖耐量试验(oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT)作为诊断的金标准,以此对比两种方式下的检验结果,评价诊断效能。结果OGTT诊断结果显示110例患者中,阳性87例,阴性23例;经尿糖检验结果显示,阳性74例,阴性36例;血糖全自动生化仪检验结果显示阳性86例,阴性24例。血糖全自动生化仪诊断糖尿病敏感性、特异度、诊断符合率、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于尿糖检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者临床诊断过程中,血糖全自动生化仪和尿糖检验均有一定使用价值,但尿糖检验更适合糖尿病的初步筛查,而血糖全自动生化仪则适合对患者实施进一步诊断,提升临床诊治的诊断符合率,且操作更加便捷。Objective To analyze the application effect of blood glucose automatic biochemical analyzer and urine glucose test during the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients.Methods 110 patients with suspected diabetes admitted to Qianqi Branch of Fuding Hospital in Fujian Province from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients in the group were subjected to blood glucose automatic biochemical analyzer test and urine glucose test respectively.Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)diagnosis was used as the gold standard to compare the test results of the two methods.Assess diagnostic performance.Results OGTT diagnosis results showed that among 110 patients,87 were positive and 23 were negative.The urine glucose test results showed that 74 cases were positive and 36 cases were negative.Blood glucose automatic biochemical analyzer test results showed 86 cases were positive and 24 cases were negative.The sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic accordance rate,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of blood glucose automatic biochemical analyzer in the diagnosis of diabetes were higher than those of urine glucose test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients,both automatic blood glucose biochemical analyzer and urine glucose test have certain use value,but urine glucose test is more suitable for the initial screening of diabetes.The blood glucose automatic biochemical instrument is suitable for further diagnosis of patients,improves the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is more convenient to operate.
