妊娠期糖尿病优质护理的方法探讨

摘　　要：目的研究优质护理在妊娠糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年4月—2021年12月三明市第一医院产科收治的70例妊娠糖尿病患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组使用常规护理方式,观察组实施优质护理,对比两组患者血糖指标、负性心理、护理满意度与不良事件发生情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病护理中,采取优质护理措施产生的效果显著,能够改善患者血糖指标,缓解焦虑、抑郁心理,并降低护理不良事件发生率,有利于提高护理满意度。Objective To study the application value of quality care in the care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From April 2020 to December 2021,70 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the obstetrics department of Sanming First Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases each by using the random number table.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality nursing care.The blood glucose levels,negative psychology,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In gestational diabetes mellitus care,the adoption of quality nursing measures produced significant effects,which could improve patients'blood glucose index,relieve anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and was conducive to improving nursing satisfaction.
