摘  要:粉煤灰采用碱熔-水热法制备分子筛,研究了原料、焙烧温度、陈化时间和晶化时间对制备分子筛的影响。采用X射线衍射以及BET、SEM等对分子筛的结构特征进行表征,使用TG测试产品的吸附性能。结果表明,在粉煤灰中添加硅酸钠调节硅铝比,可制备出NaX型分子筛,最佳制备条件为:陈化时间2 h,晶化时间12 h以及焙烧温度650℃。在该条件下制备的分子筛比表面积大,晶体形貌规则,吸附性能优良,在25℃时,对CO_(2)的吸附量达到1.85 mmol/g。The alkali melting-hydrothermal synthesis method was adopted to synthesize the zeolite with raw material coal fly ash.The influence of the material,roasting temperature,aging time and crystallization time upon the zeolite were studied by using the control variables.The structure properties of zeolite were characterized by X-ray diffraction,SEM and BET,and the adsorption properties were tested by TG.Results show that NaX zeolite could be prepared by adding the sodium silicate in fly ash to adjust the silicon-aluminum ratio.The NaX zeolite is the calcined temperature of 650℃,the aging time of 2 h and the crystallization time of 12 h.Moreover,the specific surface area of the products was large,with regular crystal morphology and excellent adsorption performance,at 25℃,the adsorption amount of CO_(2) reached 1.85 mmol/g.
