微乳液型油基钻屑除油剂的制备及性能评价

摘　　要：以十二烷基硫酸钠和椰油胺聚氧乙烯醚为主表面活性剂,丙醇为助表面活性剂,白油为油相,NaCl溶液为水相,并添加少量的生物表面活性剂,制备了一种可循环回收利用的微乳液型油基钻屑除油剂,并对其性能进行评价,探究了微乳液除油剂的回收率、除油效果、循环稳定性、润湿特性、界面张力。结果表明,除油剂与油基钻屑的质量比为3∶1时,除油剂回收率大于90%。常温下,微乳液除油剂清洗钻屑后,可使钻屑含油率降到2%以下;50℃下清洗时,可使钻屑含油率降低到0.83%,循环回收使用5次后,仍保持良好的除油效果。所制备的微乳液除油剂具有良好的润湿反转性,且与白油、煤油均有较低的界面张力。该微乳液型除油剂易制备、除油效果好、可多次循环回收利用,能够有效解决油基钻屑除油过程中除油剂的浪费与环境污染问题。With sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and coconut amine polyoxyethylene ether as the main surfactants,propanol as the cosurfactant,white oil as the oil phase,NaCl solution as the water phase,and a small amount of biosurfactant,a recyclable microemulsion oil-based drilling cuttings degreaser was prepared,and its performance was evaluated.The recovery rate,degreasing effect,cycle stability,wetting characteristics and interfacial tension of microemulsion degreaser were investigated.The results show that the recovery rate of oil remover is more than 90% when the mass ratio of oil remover to oil-based drilling cuttings is 3∶1.The oil content of drilling cuttings can be reduced to below 2% after cleaning drilling cuttings with microemulsion degreaser at normal temperature,and 0.83% when cleaning cuttings at 50℃.The degreaser still maintains good oil removal effect after being recycled for 5 times.The prepared microemulsion degreaser has good wettability reversibility,and has low interfacial tension with white oil and kerosene.The microemulsion type degreaser is easy to prepare,has good degreasing effect,and can be recycled for many times,which can effectively solve the problem of waste and environmental pollution of degreaser in oil-based drilling cuttings degreasing process.
