摘  要:以兰炭末为原料,选用合适比例的黏结剂、活化剂和助活化剂,采用化学活化法在氮气气氛下制备柱状活性炭。利用全自动比表面积及孔隙度分析仪分析活性炭的氮气吸脱附曲线及孔结构特性。结果表明,该活性炭孔容为0.497 mL/g,平均孔径为1.94 nm,碘吸附值为907 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为248 mg/g。Taking semi-coke powder as raw material,columnar activated carbon was prepared by chemical activation method in nitrogen atmosphere.In the process of preparation,the appropriate proportion of binders,activators and activators is selected.The nitrogen adsorption/desorption curve and pore structure characteristics of activated carbon were analyzed by automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer.The results showed that the pore volume of the activated carbon was 0.497 mL/g,the average pore size was 1.94 nm,the iodine adsorption value was 907 mg/g,and the methylene blue adsorption value was 248 mg/g.
