摘　　要：在现代卷烟生产过程中,生产速度越来越快,企业对产品质量的要求越发严格。PASSIM型卷烟机是国内卷烟生产过程中的主流设备,随着我国卷烟生产自动化技术及水平的不断提高,为了加快生产效率,对卷烟产品的质量检测及其工艺设备的使用等提出了更高的要求,对质量检测来说,要积极引入机器自动化抽检的方式,提升产品质量。因此,要不断提高机器使用效率和在线检测质量,要极大降低检验人员的劳动强度,减少质量事故对品牌造成的影响,减少烟厂的人力成本和管理成本,改善企业形象。In the modern cigarette production process,the production speed is faster and faster,the enterprise on product quality requirements are more stringent.Passim cigarette machine is the mainstream equipment in the production process in rat race.With the continuous improvement of the automation and level of cigarette production in our country,in order to speed up the production efficiency,for the quality inspection,it is necessary to introduce the method of automatic sampling inspection to improve the product quality.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of machines and the quality of on-line inspection,to reduce the labor intensity of inspectors,to reduce the impact of quality accidents on brands,and to reduce the labor and management costs of tobacco factories,improve corporate image.
