摘 要:立式多级冲压离心泵噪声问题是影响产品质量的主要问题。本文对离心泵主要噪声来源机械噪声和流噪声展开分析。通过实验测试、数据采样、信号分析、零部件测试分析等方法对多个用户现场水泵噪音过大问题开展研究,完成对不同立式多级离心泵噪声案例的收集、分析,并提出解决噪声问题的方法,为提升立式冲压多级离心泵质量提出科学的指导建议。The noise problem of vertical multi-stage stamping centrifugal pumps is the main issue affecting product quality.This article analyzes the main noise sources of centrifugal pumps,including mechanical noise and flow noise.Through methods such as experimental testing,data sampling,signal analysis,and component testing analysis,research was conducted on the issue of excessive noise in multiple user on-site water pumps.The collection and analysis of noise cases from different vertical multi-stage centrifugal pumps were completed,and methods to solve the noise problem were proposed.Scientific guidance suggestions were proposed to improve the quality of vertical stamping multi-stage centrifugal pumps.
